Trimetazidine Hydrochloride IP 35 mg (Modified-Release) Tablets
How It Helps:
Helps improve the heart muscle's energy efficiency under reduced oxygen conditions, supporting the management of angina symptoms.
Indications:
Used as an add-on treatment for the symptomatic management of stable angina pectoris in adults who are inadequately controlled by, or intolerant to, other antianginal medicines.
Directions for Use:
Take orally strictly as prescribed by the physician. Swallow the modified-release tablet whole; do not crush or chew it.
Medical Advice:
Consult a doctor for proper evaluation and guidance on the suitability, dosage, and duration of treatment.
Precautions:
- Not intended for the treatment of an acute angina attack.
- May cause dizziness or gastrointestinal discomfort.
- Not recommended in patients with Parkinson's disease, parkinsonian symptoms, or severe kidney impairment.
- Inform your doctor if you develop tremors, stiffness, or difficulty walking.
- Do not change or discontinue treatment without medical advice.
