How It Helps:
Helps control blood glucose through complementary actions: sitagliptin supports glucose-dependent insulin release, glimepiride stimulates insulin secretion, and metformin reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.

Indications:
Used for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus when combination therapy is prescribed by a physician, along with diet and exercise.

Directions for Use:
Take orally strictly as prescribed by the physician. If the formulation contains sustained-release metformin, swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing it.

Precautions:
- May cause hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar), particularly due to glimepiride.
