Composition: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride IP 1 mg/mL; preservative q.s.

What is it used for?
- Short-term relief of a blocked nose due to cold, sinusitis or allergy

How does it work?
Xylometazoline: A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nose to clear a blocked nose.

How to use
- Shake the bottle well and gently blow your nose before use.
- Prime the pump before first use.
- Keep your head upright, insert the nozzle into one nostril, close the other and spray while breathing in gently; repeat in the other nostril as directed.
- Aim slightly away from the centre of the nose; wipe the nozzle and replace the cap after use.

Important precautions
- Do not use for more than 5–7 days in a row – longer use can cause rebound congestion.
- Not for children under 6 years unless a doctor advises it.
- Tell your doctor about all other medicines and supplements you take.
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
