Voglibose 0.2 mg + Glimepiride 1mg + Metformin SR 500 mg
How It Helps:
Helps control blood glucose levels through three complementary mechanisms. Voglibose slows carbohydrate absorption from the intestine, glimepiride stimulates insulin release from the pancreas, and metformin helps reduce glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.
Indications:
Used to improve blood glucose control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus, along with diet and exercise, as prescribed by a physician.
Directions for Use:
Take orally with meals, as directed by the physician. Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole; do not crush or chew it.
Medical Advice:
Consult a doctor for proper evaluation and guidance on the suitability, dosage, and duration of treatment.
Important Warning:
May cause low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia), particularly due to glimepiride. Follow your doctor's instructions regarding meals and blood glucose monitoring. Regular kidney function assessment may be required.
