About the product

How to use
- Sit with your back supported and rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
- Wrap the cuff on your bare left upper arm, about 2–3 cm above the elbow, with the tube on the inner side of the arm.
- Keep your arm at heart level, press start and stay still and quiet until the reading is shown.
- Measure at the same time each day and record your readings.
Important precautions
- Avoid caffeine, smoking and exercise for 30 minutes before measuring.
- Do not change any medicine on the basis of a single reading – consult your doctor.
- Keep away from water, heat and strong electromagnetic devices.
